4/6/12 Drawers Storage Trolley

Had a slight crack on one of the draws, these things happen during transit. I reached out to the customer service and they sent me a replacement draw next day. Great service, highly recommend.The unit itself is also fantastic, very sturdy and well put together. Whilst I did have a broken draw, I don't expect this to happen again, as the draws otherwise are very strong, just a heavy handed courier would be my guess.

It was easy to assemble apart from inserting plastic screws at the feet of the trolley. We couldn’t get them fully in, and also wheels fell out very easily. I’m keeping it, and using it without the wheels, which is ok for me. Overall I’m fairly pleased. It appeals to my tidy nature to have my make up and accessories organised.

Bought for my son’s bedroom for arts and crafts and toy storage. The trays fit A4 paper so perfect and I love that there are different sizes of trays. Easy to assemble took about 5 minutes. Good value for money. Would recommend.

Delivered on time.The framework was good but the drawers were flimsy. One of the small drawers was cracked. I complained to the supplier who said it was Amazon’s responsibility. Amazon said it was the suppliers responsibility. In the end I was sent a complicated email from the supplier in which I was meant to take a photograph of the damaged drawer and send it to the supplier it really wasn’t worth taking everything apart and sending the whole thing back. Amazon had said they had contacted the company and they would send me a replacement drawer. This hasn’t happened. The drawers themselves are useful. I just need to be very careful now what I put in them or they’ll break.

Flimsier than I’d hoped especially given the price and really should come with a safety warning when building it. Parts of plastic flew off into my eye when building!
