I brought this board game to my Orlando trip. We played it once at the New Year’s Eve. It made a lot of laughing to us which is memorizable to me. The game is designed very carefully with great quality and fun twists.

I originally purchased two of these games last year to use in my 10th grade Civics Class. Our last unit of the semester is on personal finances. The game is an excellent way to teach students about money. It covers money and credit, banking, savings and investments, and Insurance. The students loved it, but I found that it took playing multiple times to get the full experience and understanding. Once they completely understood how to make good financial decisions, the game became even more fun for them. After playing for several days, the students were assigned an essay to write for an assessment grade. We are in the process of completing our 1st semester blocks this school year and I now have five games in my classroom and just purchased two more. We started this unit today. I teach three blocks of Civics. Some of the comments from my student: “ you better have insurance”, “medical services are expensive”, “invest”, “ buy the vending machine”, buy lots of businesses”, “people have child support”, “people hate child support”, “pay for only what you need”, etc.
