Truly helps my hyperactive children calm down at night! My children (7 & 8) are high-strung just like their mama! Even when we avoid sugar at night it seems to be a constant fight to get them to wind down and start relaxing for story-time and bed. We’ve used melatonin, but have concerns about long term usage. I’ve been researching magnesium and l-theanine for relaxation. They started with two gummies and they’re ready for bed in about 30 minutes. Two honestly has the same effect on me! I’ve since reduced down to one for my girls and that’s usually enough. These have a really nice gummy consistency and taste great. We’ve had many other gummy melatonins and a lot are chalky or overly sweet while these are just right. Also love that it’s US based and appears to have less risk of lead. They are more expensive per bottle than melatonin and some other sleep supplements, but they are worth it in my opinion for overall quality and effectiveness. 5/5 stars!

We are reordering the LILICARE Kids Sleep Gummies for the second time, and the difference is genuinely noticeable. Since starting these gummies, our kids are much calmer in the evenings and fall asleep faster. Bedtime has become far less stressful, and they are sleeping more soundly through the night. The fact that these are melatonin-free was the main reason we tried them, and the combination of magnesium glycinate, L-theanine, calcium, vitamin D3, and B6 works extremely well.

These really work! Puts my 7 year old grand daughter to sleep in 15 minutes. Calms down my 9 year old hyperactive grandson and helps him sleep. He always had trouble falling asleep until he started these. I had no idea there was a product with all healthy ingredients that would do this. Both children like the taste. I highly recommend!

These are straight-up delicious. If I could resist taking them myself and let my son be the only one using them, they would probably last longer than a couple of weeks! The texture is great—more like a soft jelly rather than a stiff gummy, and they’re very easy to chew. I actually notice a difference when I take them. I’m an adult, and they make me feel relaxed and sleepy, so I do think they work. They’ve become part of our nightly routine, and my son even asks for them before bed. We just make sure he brushes his teeth afterward. We like them so much that we’re planning to order more. So far, so good—highly recommend.

Love love love these for my girls. We tried ones with melatonin first but didn’t like the possibility of being habit forming. We don’t use every night but this gives them enough calmness naturally to give into their instincts to sleep instead of fighting it and becoming delirious.

I don’t really write a review and I think in this item I purchased it is needed, to help other people since there’s only few have purchased this sleeping aid. This definitely works for my 5yr old daughter, I was skeptical at first because there is not much people have tried it yet when I bought it. I love that this gummies does not have melatonin and my daughter loves the taste. I can never make her eat any vitamins or medicine because she hates them. This makes it easy because it taste like regular gummies. I even try it for my self because I am really curious. After 30 minutes, I feel relax and sleep really good through the night and that is why I know it works. The effect of vitamins to my daughter was the same, it is not constantly but you will really notice the effectiveness for 30mins-1hr. It will calm her down and then she will start feeling groggy then fall asleep without any fight. It might work for my daughter and myself but might not for you, everyone reacts different on a certain things. We are about to get our next shipment.

My entire family likes these and we find they help with sleep, I just think the price point is a bit high.

These gummies are great. They know me out and give me a good night sleep. When our son naps too long or too late we’ll give him one to aid him to sleep.
