This coat is well worth the money. Lovely and warm and true to size. I'm a 12/14 and the medium is perfect. I chose navy for a change.

It’s warm & more waterproof than anticipated. I don’t think it would hold up in a snowstorm, but for general winter/outdoors it does the job! Slightly overpriced but looks nice & fits well

Im actually disappointed. I was so looking forward to this especially with same day delivery. Its really thin the pictures give false hope. For the price I thought it would have been puffy but its not. Its a great length and the hood is a good size. I brought a M as im a 12/14 plenty of room for a wooly jumper underneath however being 5ft 7 the arm length just about touches my wrists. Im hoping its does what the description says and keeps me warm during the brisk coldness. I followed instructions and ironed out the creases to give it puffiness so let see if anything happens over the next 10hrs

Beautiful coat! I had to iron it because it was vacuum packed but it now looks super. It really is a very comfortable, true to size, elegant and warm coat.

Lovely coat I wanted coat to keep my knees warm as well as my body. It is lovely & warm a joy to go out in. The first one I ordered to small, I’m 14-16 so ordered large, I could wear it but wanted one with room so very quickly received replacement Very happy with this purchase

Lovely coat. Fitted me well, plenty room to wear thick jumper underneath come the colder weather. Am not so keen on the double zip to close coat, I sometimes have problems getting it to work! But that's possibly just me. Would have preferred zips on pockets. Although they are quite deep. Liked the cuffed sleeve as I often find coats without cuffs too long in the sleeve. Haven't been outdoors with it on yet as weather not cold enough yet! The length of coat is longer than I expected, in the pictures it looked like it would only reach your knees. Mine reaches well below my knees, which is fine. Might be because am only 5ft 2in. Coat arrives vacuum packed, I hung it up for 3 days, creases still in place. I ended up having to iron it . I took precautions and used a towel over the coat, rather than place iron directly on the coat. I was scared of the material sticking to hot iron and ruining the coat. It worked out well. Overall I would recommend this coat and look forward to wearing it once autumn arrives!
