I've used it for a few days now and I absolutely love it! The sofa is soft yet supportive, and the massage function is incredibly useful. Sitting on it for a while after get off work makes me feel completely relaxed. The quality is excellent, and it looks great; it adds a touch of class to the living room. Definitely worth buying! Love this chair. Yes it sheds a little at first but after vacuuming it it’s fine. The massage is more like vibration, but it’s relaxing. The heat works great love the timers on it. The rocking feature would definitely recommend. It’s very soft, comfortable and large.

This power swivel recliner has been an amazing addition to my living room. The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable against the skin, which was the first thing I noticed. A little tip I'd give anyone who gets one: as soon as you take it out of the box, go over the entire surface with a lint roller. It picks up any loose lints from the sofa and it will not stick to the clothing. The assembly was pretty straightforward, it literally took me about 10 minutes to assemble maybe less though just be aware that a few of the parts you need are tucked underneath the chair itself, so make sure to check there first. Once it was all put together, I was happy. The sofa has great color with great quality. The massage and heat features are so relaxing, and having the USB and Type-C ports right there is super convenient. I've been using it for almost a week now, and I honestly can't get enough of it. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.

I bought this as a birthday gift to myself, and I’m so glad I did! The chair arrived much faster than expected - FedEx originally estimated a week, but it showed up early in one giant box. At 95 lbs, I definitely needed help, so I recruited two friends to move it into my house. Setup was surprisingly easy and took about 15 minutes once we got it inside - just had to plug in a few wires. The built-in charger on the side works perfectly, the recliner mechanism is smooth and comfortable, and the massage feature (even though it’s just vibrating) feels absolutely incredible. Full disclosure: I’m 5’1”, so I’m definitely swimming in this chair. I’ve added a side pillow to make it extra cozy, and now it’s perfect. Right now, I’m sitting here with my cat curled up on my lap, heat on my lower back, and I genuinely don’t think I’ll ever leave my house again. As a first-time recliner buyer, I can confidently say this one is 🔥💯 worth every penny.

Won't charge your phone but does ok on headphones. Very soft and large and comfortable and easy to put together. The heated element isn't very strong but still a nice addition and the massage is just vibrations but better than a basic recliner/rocker.

Omg! I am so happy I got this. I am a first time mom and super picky, so i checked out a ron of swivel/ rocking chairs for use for when baby arrived. Material is ultra soft and plush. Inlove with all the functions. I could find anything like this in major furniture stores. And to top it off the price is reasonable. I will say it is larger than I had expected, but I am not complaining about that. Great for late night feeding/accidentally falling asleep on it. It's comfy for me (210 lbs pregnant) and my hubby (240lbs). The heated option has been a life saver for my back aches. The massage functions are a bonus. I could rave forever about this chair.

We purchased this chair in preparation for our little one. This recliner was a life saver in the final stages of pregnancy, as I was beyond uncomfortable in the bed, so I slept in this chair. It is very comfortable! Easy to put together. Functional: I don’t love that there’s two power cables. One for the reclining feature and the other for the heat/massage feature. The massage feature is literally just vibration, very underwhelming! I leave that cable unplugged and tucked in the back of the chair. I didn’t pick this chair for those features anyhow (heat & massage) so I won’t harp on that too much. It checks all the boxes for me. It looks great! The size is perfect! The recline feature is smooth, it’s not noisy. It rocks with ease and it seems to be a quality chair. We’ve had the chair for about a month. We shall see how it holds up long term.
