I consider myself a healthy person. I like to work out from time to time, nothing crazy, but enough to keep fit. But that's not the reason I've got this cute jar. Or rather Cute jar.The reason is as follows: I am working night shifts most of the time. Even though the Office is very well stocked, it is sometimes a real pain to get my hands on a proper lunch. Even more so, that as sugar and wheat intolerant person (yup, that's right), 90% of fridge's goodies get crossed out of my food list even before I lay my eyes on them.So this meal replacement shake came as a salvation. I don't care for the amount of calories in it, or that it is technically suppose to help losing weight. It does exactly what it says - replaces the meals. It is very filling, has a nice creamy texture, and definitely taste better than grilled antichokes. No jokes.I bought it out of curiosity, but it proved to be really lovely, so I'll definitely purchase more products from this brand.Much obliged, Cute, much obliged.

This is the first shake I have tried from Cute so I am unsure on the other flavours but this chocolate shake is out of this world, it doesn't have the powdery taste a lot of other shakes have and it is actually delicious.I regularly have it with coconut milk with the rice extract which is amazing, or I will use a teaspoon of coconut low calorie syrup with a drop of water and skimmed milk. You can also have it with plain skimmed milk, the flavour is still just as good.Without doubt the nicest one I have had, excited to try the other flavours but worried they will not be as good as the chocolate!If it has made me lose weight, I am not sure but I use it as an alternative for Breakfast or Lunch and keeps me full for a few hours, it definitely has kept my weight at bay as long as you do not use it as an extra in your diet you should lose weight, use it to replace a meal.

This is the 3rd time I’ve bought shake powder from cute. The vanilla flavour was to die for, my absolute favourite. Blended with ice it tasted like liquid ice cream. However I thought I’d give the chocolate flavour a go as there was good reviews about it too. I have to say though, I was quite underwhelmed by the chocolate flavour. The texture was fine but the taste,very powdery and bland. I think I shall be sticking to vanilla from now on. In regards to keeping me full- which most shakes never do! This shake by far comes out top! I actually feel full right up to lunch. I’ve mainly only been replacing breakfast but I have replaced lunch too, with a couple of pieces of fruit to keep me going, and it doesn’t seem too tricky, for someone that loves their food as much as I do, I think this is a wonderful product to curb hunger pangs!

For the price I hope I can return this and get a refund it's lumpy and hard with sm powdery parts.These u found good before to help curve sugary intake. But for weightloss now it clearly isn't great. Never had an issue before hand but after reading the reviews like many got tempted and this had just been delivered. Although it may be easy to use but the smell and lumps are not great. Sizing is gd but quality and taste is bad. The seal was good and on strong so i dont believe it would be due to any part of it being in open air. The lumps won't even break!They are literally rocks at this point. Full regret will change to another product.

Really like this meal replacement, the taste is good, I make it with almond milk, leave it for about 20 mins before you drink it otherwise it will still taste powdery,I’m not hungry and the weight is dropping off me. BUT the price on here is shocking though, I’ve since found it on eBay £19 for 2 tubs and a lot more flavours to chose from. Recommend the product but not from here.

Lovely and beautiful shake I absolutely LOVED it and I am new to shakes. Seems to me I started with one of the best. Naturally, I have done some research and I was looking for something that has high protein content. Checked the product through myfitnesspal and this one was the best in terms of protein to carb ratio. Delivered, really nice container, I love the fact that it is see through...don't know why, I guess it feels have more control and can see how much exactly I have left. But back to the flavour and consistency...it honestly a lovely strawberry flavour not too sweet fresh and easy to drink. I was looking forward to it every time. Also lost some weight since drinking this but I have made other alterations to my intake like a smaller sized container for lunch and skipping dinner once or twice a week. The only downside I have to say is the price. As much as I loved it I am now onto finding something good as this but cheaper because it lasts about a week for me and I cant keep up buying 4 of these a month. Shame. I would be buying this pretty much every week if it was maybe around 1/3 cheaper.

I have tried the strawberry, vanilla and the salted caramel so far, they are all delicious, the strawberry is my favourite.I've tried each with water, almond milk and coconut milk, all absolutely great.I am a breakfast waitress so I start work at 6am, which is way to early to have breakfast, I prepare my shake in the evening and keep it in the fridge, then I drink it before I go to work, I'm on my feet for 7 hours straight running around a restaurant with the temptation of food, since I have been having these shakes at 5am I can work my whole shift without picking food at work, I've also noticed at meal times I get fuller quicker.I am no good at dieting, I only have the one shake a day purely to get me through until I finish work, I usually start to get hungry 5 hours after I had the shake.I would definitely recommend these shakes. They are delicious and make you feel full.
