I like the product, but the instructions need improvement. It took me 3 bottles to realise that I had to shake to activate after the opposite twist, because the instructions are written in a small wall of text rather than clear numbered steps. It seems like they prioritised box design over readability. Probably a case of designers designing for designers (not customers). I would suggest: 1. Have numbered steps (like this) 2. Annotate the graphic icons (e.g. put "shake" under the shake icon) 3. Put the instructions somewhere clearer, like on a card placed on top of the viles

Didn’t realise that you have to double screw the top of the bottle to break the contents into the liquid. Wasted so many bottles 🙃

Is a vaginal rinse but says not to apply to mucous membranes. How does that work?Obviously it's sold for that exact purpose so I used it for the area it's supposedly designed for and immediately regretted it. Keep it away from your fanny ladies.
