MINTLIMIT Women's 1950 Vintage Retro Rockabilly Dress Cocktail Party Prom Swing Dresses with Pockets

I got the XL floral brown red dress. When I first tried it on the neckline felt a little baggy but after a cold water gentle machine wash in a mesh bag and laying flat to air dry I feel like the fibers tightened up a bit. It fit perfectly. I think it got a little shorter but still just below the knee on my 5'2" frame. The neck laid flat and I hemmed the sleeves into a cuff I can easily undo if I want the length in the future. I just thought the sleeves looked nicer short on me but actual short sleeve dresses are too short! I wore a single layer tulle underskirt to enhance the vintage feel. I got nice compliments and I felt pretty. Love the pattern, will definitely get another one when I need to dress up again. This was my first time in a dress in over twenty years, I was comfortable and felt good, the fabric is good quality!

This dress is even prettier than pictured. As other reviews have noted : have your iron ready to use. The cotton material is absolutely 50s style, like my Mom's dresses I used to play dress up in. I ordered a size Large, even though my actual dress size is 8. The material drapes beautifully when I tie the belt. I was very surprised to find the bodice has a white lining which makes the top flow well. A nice zipper and pockets !!! Great Amazon find. It's difficult to buy dresses online. I was prepared for disappointment, what a wonderful surprise ! This dress was sewn and packaged with love.

Loved the dress, it was comfortable and provided just enough stretch and fit. I purchased for a themed Christmas party and everyone love it. The collar was a little big, but nothing to be upset about. I would purchase again. Also, the ribbon was good as well. I added the black ribbon to accessorize. I did get the petticoat for fluff.

Pretty retro dress w/ deep pockets, great length, COTTON (= no static cling) + (something like) spandex for stretch @ bust, pretty blue... I bought two! Also gets complimented a lot.

We like the fabric good soft. Pretty dress but the size is not fit for my mom because i think we are not US size so too big. Even we measure the body of my mom but not as we expected.

I had to return another dress, it said it was my size, but was way to small. I read the reviews for this dress, a women said she was 5’ 5” 230 lbs she got a xxl- fit was perfect. I’m a little taller, and weigh a little less- she was right fits great!The dress is lovely. Nicely made, very pretty. The only thing is the belt, it doesn’t look great with the bow. I might use it as a headband, Rambo style. 🤣

I love the floral pattern, the lovely colors, and classic design.However, the fabric is quite thin, and wrinkles easily. Also, the sizing with Mintlimit (and nearly every piece of clothing made in China) is not consistent.
