I have been normally drinking this coffee at Eataly around the world or in Italy and I did not know until recently that Amazon was selling it. Lately I have been drinking the Lavazza Professional line like Top Class and Grande Riserva or Blue Bottle Espresso, which are very good coffees, this one is a little better for my taste. I did my first cup at home using a KitchenAid espresso maker the latest model, and using the same grinder setting that I was using for the beans mentioned above and it came out just perfect with a lot of crema, a good density and flavor with zero acidity or bitterness. Also, the price is similar to the Lavazza's and less expensive of Blu Bottle and illy, so i think i will keep this on my subscription.

Very good coffee. Use it for cappucinos in a super automatic espresso machine. It's strong enough without being dark beans which usually a greasy and clog the grinder.

Mild and smooth. Not acidic, with a hint of caramel, rather lovely. Very nice to drink black or with a touch of cream. However, if you mix your coffee with protein powder in the morning, this coffee is too mild in flavor for my taste.

Café très bon en expresso, belle crema certainement due au pourcentage de robusta. Un peu d’amertume mais pas excessive et bien contrôlée. Beaucoup de goût et une belle longueur en bouche. Cappuccino excellent ! On conserve le goût du café

Costumo tomar beber café Vergnano 100% Arabica mas esta vez não se errei a encomendar ou se foi trocado de proposito(???) mas chegou este café. Tenho que dizer que foi uma surpresa! O gosto é ligieramente mais forte da Arabica e o sabor é da mesma maneira bom! Ótimo café.
