I've been using these for just over a week. I am diabetic and usually a very poor sleeper. I tried a magnesium spray on the bottom of my feet and it worked a little, but was a pain because you really need to spray it on just before you put your feet in the covers (I want to wash my hands after applying, so that means a trip to the restroom rubbing it all off of my feet onto the carpet). With these chewable gummies I'm able to have it a bit before going to bed and I'm sleeping the entire night through. It's great!

The mag glycinate supplement I normally take was out of stock on Amazon, so I was look if around for an alternative. I'm a big fan of gummies, LOL, so I thought I'd give this a shot. More important than it being in a candy form, the other ingredients are really good, as I was taking them as another supplement with my old mag. I was a little skeptical of the 1 gummy dose, but I stuck with it to test it out. Sure enough, I slept like a baby (like my babies because they actually slept thru the night!) I've been taking it for 2.5 weeks at this point and it's effectiveness has yet to diminish. I'm a school bus driver who gets up at 0430, so it's imperative that I get to sleep early (hard to do with other adults in the house watching TV) and get enough solid sleep. I can't recommend this enough. I ordered grape flavor first, and it's really yummy. I plan to try other flavors. Maybe a recommendation to the manufacturer is to offer a variety flavor bottle. I like options, haha!

Excitement enveloped me when I noticed there was SO many different flavor choices! I much prefer gummies over pills anyday of the week, and the fact that I get to choose a different flavor choice for the unforeseeable future put this on my "to try" list immediately. I haven't taken high absorbency Magnesium in quite some time, but I do remember the crazy different I felt when I stopped taking it. I recently began taking ashwagandha and love it! So when I seen this pop up as one of the products largely on sale on my amazon, it was a no brainer. I've taken an entire bottle thus far, its suggested to take 2 daily and I was taking 3 daily. I felt a bit more of a difference with 3 instead (I am of a larger stature). I didnt notice the difference I would have liked over an entire bottle, however I am going to purchase another flavor and see if 4 is where its at my size/body. First bottle I purchased was 'Watermelon'... perfect amount of flavor, very easily chewable but not 'stuck in your teeth' chewable. Perfect consistency! Overall, I will purchase another bottle here soon... Pineapple, come to me!

I had never taken these before so I didn't know what to expect. They are tasty.

Quick and easy...

I’m not sure if I got an older or expired bottle, but the inside of the bottle is coated with a sugar crystal or saw-dust like substance all over the gummies. The bottle is sealed but - in all my years of taking gummies - I’ve never seen residue look this way and I’m not comfortable consuming the gummies.

I purchased these Magnesium gummies to help with my insomnia. They worked initially. I like the flavor of the gummies (Watermelon). I now take them for the Magnesium requirement that my body needs.
