Having had an MRI on my knee revealing a small cartilage tear, I bought these to support the lateral movement of the knee and it's helped massively during training. Hinge movements with a Full Range of Movement are still a problem, but these have significantly helped me maintain a robust training pattern. I have steered clear of heavy leg lifting on Leg Presses, Hack Squats etc... as a precaution, but I'm not hindered in anyway for box jumps, deadlifting, squating etc... Can't recommend enough.

For what is essentially two rolls of thick neoprene, these were really expensive at close to £70 for a pair of 7mm thick mediums. I remember being able to buy a 3mm wetsuit for under £20. The Mrs, however, swears by them. A little restrictive in movement, hence ordering a set of 5mm ones.
