Been using this product for a long while they are easy to take and value for money

This was my second purchase of these vitamin tablets. They are quite big, but no too difficult to swallow, and I noticed no particular smell or aftertaste. I believe them to be of a good quality. I never experienced a stomach upset or any side effects. On paper, the formulation sounds very good, and I like the fact that it targets a specific group; women over 50 with concerns relating to the menopause, and hormonal changes in particular. How well they work, it is difficult to say, just like with any other product one actually consumes, though my last blood test showed no deficiency of any kind, which was very surprising to me; normally I am always low on vitamin D and iron. I am not saying that this was due to this supplement, but I can't discount it either. In general, our energy levels go down with age, yet I noticed that I am still able to engage in physical activities such as swimming, with the same (or even lesser) level of effort as a year ago. This could be due to a combination of factors, but I do believe that these vitamins play their part too. As for the price, it varies, the first time they were a bit cheaper, but still, considering the potential benefits, I think they're a good value and worth a try.

I’ve been using Centrum Advance as a daily multivitamin and overall I’m happy with the product itself. It covers a wide range of essential vitamins and minerals, making it a solid all-round supplement for daily use. What I liked: • Easy to take once a day • Well-known, trusted brand • Tablets are a reasonable size and easy to swallow • Good mix of vitamins and minerals for general health and energy • No strong smell or aftertaste What could be better: • The outer packaging arrived crushed, which was disappointing. Thankfully, the bottle inside was sealed and the tablets were perfectly fine, but presentation and protection during delivery could definitely be improved. I’ve been taking it consistently and feel it’s a reliable option for maintaining overall nutrition, especially if your diet isn’t always perfect. Just knocking off one star due to the packaging issue on arrival. Overall: a dependable daily multivitamin let down slightly by delivery packaging, not the product itself.
