Small jar for the cost but I love the texture and flavor it's like a smooth thick pudding. Very easy to take with smooth consistency. I look forward to taking it each morning before taking my medication which contributes to my health and well being. To me this so far is high quality compared to others I have tried. I would definetly recommend to someone just beginning to experiment with sea moss.

I wanted to try a sea moss. I been seeing people on tik tok getting good benefits with it and losing weight so I needed to try it. I got this today but ima start with an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I will updated . Updated.: took it at night. The taste was thick but it taste like a real mango so it was good lol My body feels like the benefits is kicking in. But I did my research and they said if I take it at night I would be sleeping good. Lol Updated 3 days !! Omg I been going to the bathroom and my gut feels good and I don’t feel belated like how I did before. I do feel like I lost weight. My skin glow more now too. I’m excited to finish the bottle and get more.

For what I spent for this item, I thought the jar would be a bigger than what I received. As far as taste goes, it taste pretty good. The texture reminds me of baby food. It is little on the thick side.

Very good for keeping up the immune system. Preventive medicine at its best.
