Perfect for long hours in the office
I work from home sitting in this chair, at least 60 hours a week. No longer have any issues with my back or my butt. The most comfortable chair I have ever sat in for work. also, very easy to put together. The bonus is having a kick out, stand to put your feet up and the vibration on your back for the extra support.

Would buy from again
There was an issue with my chair so I contacted them and they were very helpful to even allowed me to keep the chair and refunded my money.

The instructions are inaccurate for the chair I got, comfier than expected
The box that this thing comes in is larger than I expected, but I also wasn't surprised at the sheer size of it. I knew it would be a heavy chair, but it wasn't a problem for me to bring it up a flight of stairs (I rolled it corner to corner of the box like a square wheel, and it worked out fine).I feel like some things in the description of the chair were misleading, but I'll get to that in a minute. The assembly of this thing was a nightmare simply because not only were the instructions hard to follow at many points, it seemed like they were either for the wrong chair, or an older version of the chair. It told me to "Connect the backrest to the seat assemble the left side(recliner mechanism)--first" (all typos and incorrect spacing are as they are in manual), but the recliner mechanism is on the RIGHT side of my chair, not the left. There is nothing to mark which armrest belongs on what side, but I was able to figure that out relatively quick. The NIGHTMARE thing to figure out was the footrest. These pieces are only labeled in the manual, but with how the pages are, my parts list actually was stuck to the page next to it. So it went from page 02 to page 05. But it would've been nice if these parts had been in a baggie or something with a label on them, instead of being left wondering what these hunks of plastic are for. We did realise they were for the footrest, so we got them installed no problem! But there's nothing that says how the footrest is supposed to be oriented to ensure it's installed correctly. That we had to figure out ourselves, but we managed. The lumbar massage pillow works FANTASTICALLY and I definitely needed it after putting this chair together! And the chair itself is luxuriously comfy. The footrest extends and when the chair is upright my feet hang off it. Tilted back, I can put the heels of my feet at least. I'm 5'4", my fiancée would be able to kick her feet up on it no problem (she's 5'1"). Anyone taller than I am, the footrest won't extend out enough, and be essentially useless, which is a shame. But even the footrest is comfy. The misleading bit was in regards to the description saying the armrests are adjustable. They are adjustable in a sense of they bend and move with the chair as it tilts. Otherwise they don't move at all, which is a shame because I really only use one armrest, and was hoping I could have the other one up and out of the way. Of course you could always do without the armrests if you don't want them, because they're completely detachable, which I like!Overall I love the chair and am happy with my purchase. I just wish that the description was more clear re: the armrest situation, and that the INSTRUCTIONS were a lot better written, and how the pieces are in the box should be better labeled. I do like how the hardware (screws, etc.) were all together in a cardboard insert, instead of a jumble of metal in a plastic baggie, but I wish that it was easier to remove them without the use of a box cutter or scissors. If you want a comfy gaming chair without breaking the bank, complete with massager and footrest, then this is a good chair. Just be aware that the footrest will only extend to fit people who are 5'4" or shorter.

Amazing chair, 10/10 even with very minor concerns
So to start off, I'm 5' 3.5", about 280 pounds. Just to give you context. The only things I've noticed that are concerning about the chair are:1. The way it creaks when I sit down. Now, this could just be my anxiety acting up and it's perfectly normal, just the chair settling to my weight.2. The sides of the seat squish my thighs in, but also they're about 24 inches across when I sit, and it's not really uncomfortable or anything. I just have to adjust now and then so I don't get weird marks.3. I'm not sure if this is on my part or not. I'd like to be able to tilt the seat (not just the back, the whole seat) back a bit so it's angled a little more up instead of flat. Even though I push the handle in, it doesn't seem to affect it. That might not be something it's capable of though, and it's not a huge deal.4. Around the holes in the back part of the seat, there's a small part where the material doesn't actually reach the plastic covering. There's still plastic protecting the actual cushion though. I included a couple of photos to show where it is. Not a big deal, I could probably cover it with some marker or something.5. It said the arm rests were adjustable, but as far as I can tell, they're not. Not a huge deal either, just a little tidbit I noticed.I live in a college dorm, and I'm pretty low on space. It's cramped in here, but the chair actually fits pretty well. I can turn sideways to recline it, and there's even enough room to spin somewhat. I also can lean it back and put some extra blankets on it when I go to bed, so they're in easy reach if I need them but not in the way. It's super comfortable to sit in, even for hours at a time. My dorm-issued chair was so bad, I'd have to take breaks to lay down on the bed and stretch out, even with a heavy cushion on it. This one is worlds better, supporting my back and not being painful to sit in for long periods. I'm still figuring out how best to position the back cushion though. I have a feeling it'll be wonderful for cramps.Overall, I think this is a great chair. It's so much more comfortable than anywhere else I have to sit, even when I visit home. It adjusts well, it rocks for when the leg bouncing kicks in, and it's really comfortable to sit in. Even my dog loves it.It's super easy to assemble, with everything you need provided for you. The video showed a slightly different chair than we had, mostly in how the arms attached, but cross referencing that with the printed instructions, I figured it out pretty quickly.Well worth the extra money to get a quality chair. And I'm loving this color too!

Perfect gaming chair!
Easy to assemble and super comfy! Love the recline feature and the fold out foot stool that can be easily stored underneath the chair with just a simple slide.

Pretty nice.
It was pretty hard to find a chair with recliner and rocking function (for some reason?). I originally bought their more expensive model but it wasn’t comfortable to me. The seat was too long. I bought this one. It would be perfect but they packed it wrong in the box and the headrest area has deformations. I was willing to give the company the opportunity to do the right thing. I contacted them and they basically blew me off. They said they wouldn’t make it right but will refund $15 which is, in my opinion, worse than doing nothing. I replied that I don’t care about $15 I just want what I paid for. They ignored that entire message and sent the $15 without my approval. I’ll be returning this and going with a different company. Upon further research it seems their customer relations has much to improve on. These chairs are not cheap. I’m happy to pay for good quality but they’re charging way too much if this is how they treat customers after the sale. It’s a shame because it’s a nice chair. Only if they cared enough to ensure customer satisfaction. It seems to me that once the sale goes through they have no time for you. Buyer beware.
