It's hard to find sugar free and vegan gummies and these delivered. They are fantastic and the kids always remember to take them because they taste so good. We did move away from gummies but I never felt these caused problems with my children's teeth, It was more because they started to look at them as a treat not a medicine/vitamin and it was easier to try a different brand that was more affordable. They are large jars that would be great for a one kid family but with three we just went through these too fast to be cost effective.
