I use this daily first thing in the morning, and can tell a massive difference in hydration and skin health compared to when I just drink plain water. I was without it for a bit because my unit wasn't charging properly, and I contacted the company directly to ask about it. Dianna helped to quickly ship me out a new bottle with minimal fuss and no charge. I answered a couple reasonable troubleshooting questions and sent a 10 second video showing the issue. She was super pleasant to communicate with! Excellent customer service, new bottle works perfectly, and amazed all over again at what a difference it makes! I checked into the published research on hydrogen water before purchase by the way... most simply put, people who drink hydrogen infused water have a higher level of antioxidants in their blood stream. So if you already eat a lot of colorful plants, adding this on an empty stomach (1st thing in the day for me and sometimes again before lunch) means your body can better utilize the antioxidants you're already eating. Reduces inflammation, speeds healing, basically magic potion for health.

Recently received my bottle and have been using it for a couple days. It appears to function normally, and as advertised. Too soon to determine whether or not it has any real health benefit. The only reason i've given it only four stars is as follows: One of the features it provides is a meter that measures parts per billion from the beginning of the cycle through to the end at 10 minutes. You can watch the numbers go up as time goes by, and by the time ten minutes have gone by, my unit is typically that around 3900 ppb. This seemed encouraging until I did a little experiment. After the ten minute cycle was over, I immediately restarted another one, and the numbers went back zero. Same water that was just reading 3900 was now counting up from zero again! I think this might be a smoke and mirrors measuring system that's simply counts up arbitrarily based on the amount of time that's gone by and not the actual amount of hydrogen in the water. It does appear to make plenty of bubbles, so I am confident there is hydrogen. I'm just not pleased with what appears to be a fake ppm meter. If i'm correct here, it was a bad move by the company. Perhaps even a bit deceptive.

AMAZING FOLLOW UP TO MY FIRST REVIEW…… Best customer service I have ever experienced on Amazon (and I buy products at least 3 times a week for over 10 years). I had an issue with my product and she reached out to me (honestly I didn’t ask or expect the company to even see the review) but they did and offered to send me a brand new water bottle without hesitation!!!! I will never purchase from another company or product of this type from any other seller! These days I hardly EVER get treated like a valued customer so this was incredibly refreshing to see!! Kudos to this company :)))). Oh and I buy everything they sell on Amazon LOL. This really makes your energy come out full force!!!!!————————- 1st one below worked for a couple months and I was very careful and never got the base near the water fountain.
