Good enough not best
I’ve been using this headphone for the past three months mainly for gaming, and overall it’s decent for the price but not perfect. The battery life is good and the build quality feels solid, but the mic quality is just okay. Latency is low, but still not good enough for competitive games like PUBG PC, Fortnite, or Apex Legends, so for serious gaming you’ll need to use the AUX cable—though the downside is that the RGB doesn’t turn on when AUX is connected. For story-mode games it’s manageable, but not the best choice for competitive play. I also noticed a small noise coming from the left side joint. Overall, it’s good for casual use, but could be better in terms of mic quality and latency.

Best budget Headphone
I’ve been using these Boat headphones for almost 4 months, and overall, it’s a good product for the price. The battery life is excellent and easily lasts multiple days on a single charge. The design looks decent, especially if you like light effects — it gives a modern vibe(I don't like it). The sound quality is really good for a mid-range budget headphone. Bass is punchy, audio is clear, and it’s enjoyable for music, movies, and casual use. The Bluetooth range and connection stability are solid. The noise cancellation is decent — it reduces background noise, but don’t expect flagship-level isolation. One downside for me is the comfort. If you have small ears and the ear cups have a large hollow gap, the ears don’t sit snugly inside the padding. Because of this loose fit, long listening sessions can start feeling uncomfortable or slightly unstable.

Overall a good product. The battery backup is good. The aux pin doesn't come with mic connector. Reliable, better sound quality, decent wire length ,control buttons are responsive and good comfort.

Really nice headphones 🎧, BUT ...
I bought these headphones recently (~3 weeks ago). I really liked these headphones. But there are some issues in these headphones, which I will cover in this review. So, here's my review after 3 weeks of usage: Pros : - Sound Quality is really good. Other headphones mostly compromise either of the loudness, bass, treble, or clarity. But this one does not compromise any of them (in most cases). It totally justifies its price, in terms of sound quality. - Unboxing experience was fulfilling. They have even given the AUX cable within the box. And there are hell lot of stickers, which I will apply on my PC 😁 - The headphones are Over-the-Head. So, they reduce some of the noise around you. This is really helpful to me, as my ears can't withstand loud noises. So, if I have to go to a place where loud music is being played, I wear these headphones and they simply cancel out much of that noise for me 😀 - Works in wired and wireless mode both. Audio output is same on wired and wireless. - The plastic used in the headphones looks durable. It doesn't feel cheap at all. - The cushions feel comfortable once you get used to them, because the first few times they may feel very uncomfortable. - There is a button which can be used to switch to Low latency mode. It serves as a benefit while gaming or watching multimedia. But wired mode is always a better choice for low latency tasks. - It is foldable, so carrying is also easy. - Subtle RGB effect is also there. You can turn it on if you want. By default it is off, when you turn on the headphones. So, if you care more about battery, you can turn it off. - Battery is nice, for my use case. I have used it for 8-12 hours, with RGB on for 2-3 hours and volume being ~50% for music and ~70% for calls, and it still has 70-80% battery left. - Mic quality is decent and mostly gets the job done. Cons : - Even though the sound is good, better wired options are available at cheaper rates. For example, I use Redgear Cosmo 7.1 wired headphones (price Rs 1200), and its sound quality is superb and is comparable to 5k-6k headphones (and sometimes even better than them). Sound of Rockerz 480 feels inferior to Redgear Cosmo 7.1 - No software support is given. So, one can't tweak the sound quality, if someone wants to 😔 - Also, occasionally it may happen when the sound may feel unclear or is not loud enough. IDK if it's the product or device or the environment noise that causes this issue. However it's very occasional. - Earcups are very small. You will feel uncomfortable till you grow habitual to wearing these. And if these are your first Over-the-Head headphones, the it might take you some time to grow habitual. - The buttons don't work in wired mode. I like wired mode more than wireless. But due to this reason, I only use them wirelessly. - RGB does not work in wired mode. Since RGB can be toggled only by using headphone buttons and is by default turned off, you can't use it in wired mode. - You can't use the wireless mode while charging. Either use wired mode or don't use it at all while charging. - And the biggest bummer is that mic can't be used in wired mode. Like, seriously why did they do that? They added a mic to the headphones but it can't be used in wired mode? Just whyyy?? 😩😩 - Although mic quality is good, sometimes it just refuses to work properly. The audio doesn't reach the other end at all. And even if it does, the output has a very low volume. At times, it feels that headphone's mic has stopped working and it's my phone's mic that's being used instead. Because when I bring my phone close to mouth, the sound is properly heard at the other end. And after doing this, headphone's mic also starts working normally, like it should. - Mic doesn't cancel out much of the env noise. For reference, I use Redgear Cosmo 7.1, and it's mic is unparalleled. Even the audio from highly expensive and premium headphones doesn't sound this clear. The mic in Rockerz 480 should have been better, for this price. That was my experience till now, of using the headphones. I rate it 7/10, according to my experience. I hope this review helps you make your buying choice :) P.S. Also, I don't have high hopes from cushions. Let's see if they can survive at least a year :)
