These inserts are very comfortable and fit into my shoes perfectly. The arch support and cradling around the heal help my feet not get sore. The shoes feel better than when they were brand new!

The delivered insoles look nothing like the picture. It is much thicker than I expected (and from one I have purchased some time ago - from Walmart?). The heel area has a big rectangle and says "SOFSOLE ARCH", which does not appear in the picture. In addition, the word "PERFECT" is misspelled twice on the box (a knockoff?).
