This is a very difficult product to review as it's not something that would have a quick effect, and without a lab there is no way to judge the contents or effectiveness. I've been taking this most days for 2 or 3 weeks now and certainly can't feel a dramatic difference, but that's exactly what I'd expect from a probiotic as a healthy individual. Others have mentioned stomach issues and I've maybe experienced a little of this but nothing major, though I am always taking this on a full stomach and also ramped up to the full dose over a few days just in case. The only thing I can really comment on is the experience. Storing the product in the fridge and measuring out the 15ml shots in the lid is very convenient and easy. The place it does let itself down is the flavour. It's highly sweetened with an extremely strong artificial "lemon" flavour that isn't at all pleasant. All-in-all if you're happy these are the probiotics you'd like to be taking I'd say this is a good way to do it, though I think some may find the flavour too much.

I was recommended by the nurse for my grandmother to take this as she is on a prolonged use of antibiotics. She hasn’t mentioned anything about taste which means it must be ok !!

This is slightly more expensive than what I used before but does exactly what it's meant to do.

I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled after the severe physical stomach pain this product caused. Within an hour or two of taking this for the first time I had the worse stomach cramps and pain with my stomach churning and gurgling for the whole evening and night, the pain was excruciating. I have no idea what was in this product (Swedish Nutra - Probiotics - Pack of 500 ml) to create such intense stomach pain but it was horrible, not to mention feeling sick and nauseous even into the next morning. I'm going to contact this company for compensation as it is not fair that I had to suffer such pain and that they get away with it. This can't be a natural product, nothing 'natural' in any edible food groups should cause such stomach pain. I would definitely avoid this product at all costs.
