I used to workout at Hotworx (hot yoga/pilates in a sauna every morning at 130°). I had to quit my membership but really missed the benefits of the infrared heat. I'm up to 158° in the blanket for 35 and feel great. Definitely get the white waffle blanket inserts that go with it. I don't like wearing clothes in it, so those are a must. I do wish the cord was at the top or a little longer bc the remote is attached to the bottom. Otherwise no complaints.

I actually had to return this item to Amazon because the control overheated (it even smelled a little burnt) on the second use. Also, the arm holes are a little too close together and one of the armhole zippers wasn't working correctly. I'm giving this a 3 because the first time I used it things went well. I'm hoping the one I received was just rare defective item.

This just might be the best purchase I’ve ever made. This is my first time buying one of these sauna blankets. From the moment I opened the Amazon box I saw hot sturdy the packaging box was and knew it was going to be good. To my surprise there were a bunch of thin foil heating blankets. The material is nice and thick. Not flimsy at all. I love it so much. From the moment you zip yourself into it I hearts up immediately. Love my purchase and if purchase it over and over again

If you’re tall it’s really uncomfortable. I’m 5’8 and it’s too short for me. My toes and arms are uncomfortable

This really helps with inflammatory flairups. Idk what I'm going to do in July when it's too hot to use it because it's so nice to slip into even for just a few minutes a day. update: its 11 months since i bought it. Its awesome still. Feeling a little viral? Got in & sweat it out. (Remember to drink fluids) Over worked shoulders or hips at the gym? Get in and heat up then stretch out all toasty afterwards. I love the sauna blanket. I have cats that love being on top of it whether im in it or its cooling off. No claw holes, so its durable. I fold & roll it out of the way and it didnt develop vinyl cracks yet. 4x -6x a week, nearly a year so far, and very much worth it!

Love it is relaxing. Just did not like that the travel bag did not come with it.

I love detoxing and am pretty impressed by the quality of this sauna blanket. This is the third sauna blanket brand that I’ve tried and by far, the best one. It doesn’t feel cheaply-made, you can easily zip it (hard to zip the other blankets), super easy to get in, and I love the arm holes. The first blanket I had didn’t have arm holes so I bought a second one with arm holes and the holes were too big so I felt like air was escaping and eventually both blankets stopped getting hot. I also love that this is so lightweight and I have such an easier time storing it away after use. The others were a bit bulky. If you love sauna blankets you gotta get this one

The material is nice and feels like good quality, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. But at 176 degrees I do not sweat at all. Not one drip. I let it preheat for 15 minute, get in wearing a jogging suit, even tried wrapping the thermal blankets on top of the jogging suit, stay in for 45 minutes- nothing. The material and even the remote feel very hot, but it's more like touching a hot pan. In a sauna, at the gym, I am sweating in 2 minutes and have to get out by 15/20 mins because I'm so hot and sweaty- so it's not that I don't sweat easily.

The sauna is amazing and everyone in my family love it. The only reason I give 4 stars is that it has a unsteached on one of the sides but I didn't want to return it, so I will fix it myself.

Brilliant,very good quality, my last one didn’t last. This is a much better quality at half the price. I love it, feels so relaxing and feel so much better for using this.

I really wanted to love this sauna, but unfortunately, the quality just isn’t there. After using it for only about six weeks, the zipper area completely ripped apart (see photo). I always handled it gently and followed the instructions, so there’s no reason it should have torn this easily. It’s real shame, as I enjoyed the sauna sessions.

Didnt get anywhere near warm enough so sent back
