Assembly service
I ordered a bicycle with assembly included. The bike was delivered very quickly — the next day. Two guys came without any tools. They barely managed to assemble the bike and could hardly tighten the pedals. They even asked me for an Allen key to secure the front wheel. When they finished, they said they had checked the brakes and left. They were very polite, but the bike was not ready to ride — the front wheel was rubbing against the brake, and the chain was almost completely dry! I had to take the bike to a service center myself because it was unusable, and it will take 8 days to fix it. I’m giving it a rating of 2, as the bike itself might be good — I’ll know once I can actually try it. But the assembly service was terrible!
