I really like this chair in every way except the headrest. Its sooo awkward. Idk if I just have like a short torso or something, im a 5'0 female, so maybe im not tall enough for the chair. But regardless, the angle of the headrest is just so awkward and doesn't feel comfortable at all. I couldnt sit upright in the chair without my back hurting w the headrest because i couldnt lay by back flat against the chair if that makes sense. I actually just have it removed, and it's better that way. Other than that, the chair is amazing. Super comfortable seating, the leg rest is stable enough, and little things I took for granted before like the cushion armrests are great too. The size is great too, like just the right amount of space for me.

After one week of use, this ergonomic chair has proven to be an excellent value for the price. It may be a little bit hard work to build as there are many screws and parts but the manual does it part helping you out in building it. The parts are also a bit on the heavier side as it’s made mostly of steel which is great cause it makes it sturdy and difficult to bend. It rotates 360 degrees. The back of the seat is cozy enough to rest you back; can also be laid back upto 45 degrees angle. The seat can be raised up or down depending on your need/desire. The seat cushion is comfortable enough to sit on for a couple of hours and there are arm rests too that are padded as well. The padded head rest can be tilted a couple of angles too. Plus, there is a leg rest if you feel like doing so.

Ok, so I'm a shortie. I am 4.11. My last chair was a VERY expensive chair that my husband purchased. It was supposed to be super comfortable, but it wasn't for someone my height. The lumbar support hit in the wrong spot and it curved my back and shoulders uncomfortably. It also didn't get tall enough for me to comfortably work at my desk. I was very nervous about buying another chair, but did my research. I am a work from home lady who spends most of her day in this chair. So, it was super important it be comfortable. The cushion is firm, but quite hefty, the arms are very comfortable to use as well. I love that they move with the reclining of the back. The head rest doesn't get quite as low as I'd like, but....I'm SHORT! However, the lumbar sits right, and I can't get enough of the foot rest. I'm one who likes to sit with my knees up, and this allows me to do that VERY comfortably. I've now been in this chair for 6 hours. I have 2.5 more before I can get up, and I'm in no pain, very comfortable, and love that I can fidget in this thing and not worry about falling over. The only con I have is the lumbar support pillow should be a bit bigger. But, it's well worth the money. My kids and my husband have now decided they all need one too. Oh, and it being breathable and not leather?! That was a pro for me. I have cats, and the leather gets shredded no matter what I do. I usually have to hid it with a cover, but this chair won't have that problem, and I doubt they'd even try to get up on the back of it. I LOVE THIS CHAIR!!!
