Subscribe & Save item! I have used this for a couple of years now and it takes off all my eye makeup. It says oil-free but does feel oily. I do use this in the shower as then I can rinse my face after using this. It will leave a oil like residue on your eyes. It does not burn at all. This is the only stuff that I have tried that takes off all waterproof mascara and eyeliner in just a couple of swipes and little cleanser.

This Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover works amazingly well. It removes even waterproof mascara quickly without rubbing hard, and it feels very gentle on the eyes. I love that it doesn’t leave any oily residue, so my skin feels clean and fresh after using it.

Good points: GENTLE--definitely is. . I shook the bottle up because this is a biphasic solution, then wetted a cotton pad and wiped off eyeshadow, mascara and eyebrow powder. No irritation and even though I have sensitive skin and eyes, it felt great. I got a good schmear of the eye shadow on my cotton pad but....not the mascara. (Essence False Eyelash Effect.) I could see the color of my eyeshadow but no inky streak from the black mascara. Bad points: Until I washed my face well AFTER using this remover, and got rings of mascara below my eye, the two or three swipes with that cotton pad and remover did NOT touch my mascara. My mascara is not waterproof mascara, either. So truly, the first wipes of the cotton pad and Neutrogena Gentle Oil-Free remover did not touch my mascara AT ALL. I wetted another pad and it easily took off the rest of the mascara and I then washed my face to remove the remover (again). It did a good job removing the mascara residue. I'd buy this again anyway because I like that I woke up the next day without eye irritation but you have to work at removing mascara. Since the remover is so gentle, and I hate waking up with irritated eyes, I'd put up with using AFTER I wash my face to remove the residue of makeup left behind and then rinse again. If I were to find another that is as gentle but more effective, I'd switch. NOT recommended, therefore, for waterproof mascara.

El producto es muy bueno. Quita muy bien el maquillaje a prueba de agua y sobre todo no irrita los ojos.

Yo soy sensible de la piel alrededor de los ojos. No me puedo limpiar con toallitas porque me irritan por muy hipo alergénicas y para piel sensible que sean. Los jabones me dejan los ojos muy rojos y no sirven para máscara de pestañas a prueba de aceite. Este tónico es excelente porque sin mucho esfuerzo me remueve los restos de maquillaje , labial mate y máscara o rímel a prueba de agua. Y luego de usarlo me limpio el resto de mi cara con agua de rosas y listo!

J'aime beaucoup les produits de la marque Neutrogena dont je suis rarement déçue. Je recherchais un nouveau démaquillant pour les yeux et me suis fiée aux commentaires. Je suis conquise!!! Il démaquille parfaitement bien et tout en douceur, pas d'effet gras et moi qui est les yeux un peu sensibles je ne ressens aucun désagrément. Il est certes plus cher qu'un produit classique mais il en vaut vraiment la peine, n'hésitez plus !
