First time using CMC powder. Adding a teaspoon really helped making the low-carb, low cal ice cream nice and creamy and less icy in my Ninja Creami Deluxe. And you get quite a bit of it.

I used it to make gum paste. It works well. I would recommend. It comes in a large container, so it should last awhile. A good product. This stuff has so many uses including: thickener and stabilizer for ice cream and smoothies, gum paste flowers, art glue, science projects, and gingerbread houses. Where has this been all my life!
