I've noticed some changes which are good they seem to have an easier flow when urinating in a litter box. It doesn't seem to bother them whether it's a good taste or bad taste I just added in there cat food on top of it and I just eat right through it so if they didn't like it they would stop eating their cat food so obviously they're pleased with this and I think it helps clean them out I'm very pleased with this I'm going to order some more I would say this is effective and eat ability is good

Wow. I have a 6 yr old cat. He was getting fat, lethargic, and had been vomiting up hairballs, then I noticed he was not eating and his vomit was just bile. He became aggravated by the two younger kittens, which was unusual since they all were getting along just fine. Henry doesn’t seem to mind the taste, however, since initially he was not eating, I had to directly give this to him. I checked each ingredient and this product is all natural. The studies on the ingredients show “promising” in medical articles. Of course, but pharma, doesn’t want you to realize that natural remedies are sometimes (imo, are better). Well, the proof is in the pudding with this product. I have already ordered more. Why? The results of older cat are phenomenal. He is now playing and eating with the other 2 kittens. I have introduced another brand name cat food for urinary issues. I felt Henry had kidney issues, and decided to try this before taking him to the Vet. So glad I tried this product. I even tried to look up stock on the company. Thought I should invest, it works so well. (I hope the price doesn’t go up.). If your cat is lethargic, overweight, not eating, throwing up frequently, I would suggest to try this product. 10 Stars!!

Weather it's working or not, I don't know since it's a internal process. However, I do know she likes it & I have no problems with her daily dose.

TL;DR: Yes, it works. ​My cat was diagnosed with AKD, which later stabilized into CKD. For an entire year, her creatinine levels remained stable but elevated at 1.8. ​At that point, I decided to try these drops, and we are currently on our 3rd bottle. We went in for a routine check-up last week, and I was thrilled to see that her creatinine level had dropped to 1.4. ​For full context: she also receives subcutaneous fluids once a week, but that was already her routine during the year she stayed at 1.8. The only new variable was adding these drops to her regimen.

This product has a glass dispenser! For an eye dropper that is inserted in the cat's mouth, the dropper should be plastic! A glass eye dropper can be bitten by the cat, causing catastrophic consequences and massive vet bills! Other than this, the product works great in helping my elderly cat with his pain.
