I’m pleasantly surprised by how good these are! I recently read that regular gums release a ton of microplastics so I was looking into gums that’s didn’t have that. Came across this brand and was a little hesitant to try, but this is great! Initially it was pretty hard to chew, but in a minute or so the gum became super easy to chew and very soft, just the way I like it. The taste also dissipates pretty fast but I don’t mind that much. Slightly pricier than other gums but I honestly think it’s worth it given no microplastics. Highly recommend!

I did tons of research into plastic free gums and settled on trying this one. It is quite pricy, but not the most expensive out there. The flavor does not last long at all (goes away within 5 minutes at best), but the mint ones maybe last a little longer. The texture does get a little tough after a while, and after about 20 minutes give or take, I find myself really needing to spit it out. The traditional gums you can definitely chew on longer, and the flavor lasts longer. But I figure, so long as I'm not ingesting microplastics, I only really need gum to refresh my mouth/breath for a few minutes. I think for the sake of my health, I will probably buy these again, but if you are a frequent/habitual gum chewer, this will be an expensive product.

It’s not my favorite plastic-free gum. When you start chewing it, it breaks apart and gets crumbly. It takes a few chews to mix with your saliva and become gummy. But in those chews, the garden mint and peppermint flavors are so bitter! It’s like you get all the flavor at once and are left with a gum with a very pleasant texture, but the flavor is gone. Bubblegum flavor is quite nice. I think if I repurchased, it would be that alone.

Refresh Gum is fantastic! I love that it's sugar free and made with natural, organic ingredients. The xylitol provides a pleasant sweetness without any artificial aftertaste, and the flavor lasts a long time. It's perfect for keeping my breath fresh throughout the day. I bought this gun as a stepping stone before I got into underbrush just to try out the natural gum. Gotta say it at one of the longest lasting flavors and I actually didn’t make my teeth itch or feel clammy after use. I kept chewing it for almost a whole day and I actually had to force myself to stop chewing because it was so satisfying. Doesn’t have that overbearing stickiness like you get from most gums and I enjoy that well more than I thought I would. It made my teeth feel downright gorgeous.

Good texture and great flavor. No lingering 'fake sugar' flavor.

I'm so sorry but this was so gross. I wanted to like it and find a gum without plastics but their formula still needs work. 1) The initial rush of sweetness is cloying and strong on the xylitol flavor/feeling. It was unpleasant. 2) Once that faded, the texture problem begins. It's watery/not dense-solid enough. You have to work to keep it off your teeth cuz it will stick. It's not thick enough/too sticky. 3) Very quickly the sweetness and flavor goes from over-sweet to not-bothersome but slides very fast into an activity gross taste in the mouth. In about 2 minutes. Bubble Gum and Raspberry did this. Peach was not as bad but I still had to spit it out in less than 5 minutes because of the texture.

I picked this sampler pack up for my girlfriend since we’ve been trying to stick to more organic, natural products, and this gum fits the bill. She’s been really happy with the flavors mint, peach, and raspberry are her favorites so far. What she likes most is that it’s plant-based, sugar free, and doesn’t have artificial sweeteners, so it feels like a healthier swap compared to regular gum. The texture is good and the flavors are fresh right out of the pack. The only drawback is that the flavor doesn’t last as long as some mainstream brands, so you may find yourself reaching for another piece sooner than usual. That said, she’s been using it daily and already decided she’ll keep buying it as her go-to gum. Overall: If you’re looking for a cleaner, healthier gum without synthetic ingredients, this is a great choice just know the flavor fades a bit quicker.
