Mixed feelings about this spray
This wasn't quite like I expected it would be when I sprayed it. I don't quite know how to describe it, but its not something I would look forward to spraying again, however I'll consider using it again the next time I get a sore throat. I'm not personally struck on the taste of this product. I'm not sure if my throat is getting better on its own, or with the help of this, so its a bit difficult to say. I'm hoping this at least has been speeding up my recovery.

High alcohol content stings.
According to the company website, "Nurse Harvey" was a real person, and the company was British. Sadly, all rights and production were transferred to Turkey in 2012, so despite the solidly British-sounding name, this isn't a British brand anymore. That said, the brand has retained a focus only on natural and herbal remedies, in line with the ethos of the founders. I suffer a tickly cough for most of the winter, even in the absence of any obvious infection like a cold, so decided to try this, as it specifically mentions being designed to soothe throat irritation. Top of the ingredients list (but without specifying exactly how much) is alcohol, which surprised me. But re-checking the listing, I see it was mentioned. Anyone who's ever mixed a hot toddy will know alcohol can help ease a sore throat. So it's not ridiculous that an OTC remedy would contain it. But this seems quite rough alcohol, not smooth and soothing. The first time I sprayed it on my throat, my eyes watered and I coughed...a lot! The next time wasn't quite so bad, as I knew what to expect. Although the overriding impression is of alcohol, there is a note similar to honey, which I assume comes from the propolis. I've persevered a bit, to see if the lasting effects outweigh the initial unpleasantness. I don't mind "tough" medicine if it actually works! Sadly, I believe this is just making my throat sore - which it wasn't before, just itchy.

Simple and soothing
This is an easy to use spray that is multipurpose and has been very useful so far. It is aimed at soothing sore throats, getting rid of colds and easing coughs and irritation. It is portable so can go out and about with you and you simply give a couple of sprays onto the affected area and it starts to soothe right away. There is no preservativesand suitable for all types of cough. It contains a lot of natural ingredients as well which is beneficial reassuring.

I emptied the product but the bottle works great to fill with alkaline water and spray my throat when reflux is making me hoarse.
