Expiration date
I have not used this yet but was dismayed to see the product was packaged May 2025 and expires May 2026 . It is Dec 6 6 months to use it. Not a good value when only using a couple tablespoons at a time.

I was struggling to bake bread and this has definitely made easier to bake bread. The product is quite versatile for making different kinds of breads. It improves the texture and taste of the bread so much . The quality is also good. Its a little expensive but it does wonders . Definitely going to restock thisβ¦

Well, we aren't baking experts so can't comment whether it's the best gluten available on Amazon. We bought this to use as an improver for whole wheat bread and it seems the gluten powder is doing its job. Without adding this, our whole wheat bread didn't rise well and the finished product was kinda hard. But, since we've been using this, the loaf rises well and the bread is way softer than before. We don't have any previous experience with gluten powder, so can't say whether there is any quality issues with the product as pointed out in some reviews.

I've been baking my own bread for a year or so. It's really difficult to get a good texture and rise in whole wheat breads with natural ingredients. They tend to be more dense and crumbly. Adding a bit of this really helps achieve a taller, softer, airier loaf, that doesn't crumble too much. It even allows me to use whole wheat bread for grilled sandwiches, because the slices are strong enough to hold the fillings without disintegrating.
