Easy oil to swish. Has a refreshing cinnamon flavor. Cleanses the palate, also removes phlegm and mucus from the oropharyngeal airway. Pleasantly freshens breath with cinnamon and healing effect with ashwaganda. Excellent product!

J'adore l'ayurveda, alors cette huile m'a attirée. Je fais partie de ceux qui aiment la cannelle, pour moi l'odeur et le goût, ça va. Mais au final, pour l'oil pulling je préfère l'huile de coco ou de sésame natures.

effective, teeth feel a lot cleaner than just regular brushing. gums have improved too

I'm a person who can't stand mint flavor, so this is great for me. I believe great quality, and I like the travel size. You just have to be careful with because obviously you are dealing with an oil, so it can be messy if spilled. Remember, to spit out in garbage and not down your drain.
