Q: What is difference between classic and 3 in 1

The classic is just a hooded hair steamer, this is a steamer, room humidifier and has an attachment for facial steaming.

Q: Mildew.... i have had this for a few months now and gave it 5 stars. never had mildew until now, what should i do?

I’m not sure as I haven’t had this experience. See if you can use a very mild cleaner to wipe the steamer down. Don’t forget to wipe it and make sure it’s dry before putting it up after use.

Q: Is the ozone button only used for hair?

No I use it on my face when using face steamer, works so good!
