Throughout the years, I’ve used several different kinds of pooper scoopers and this is by far the best one. I wasn’t a fan of other rake & shovel designs but love this one for several reasons: it works great with a bag (2x bags of 10/each large & x-large incl) keeping hands clean, can be used without the rake, perfect length for me (5’4) not needing to bend over and light enough to carry along since I’m currently not allowed to bend due to back surgery & restrictions with carrying anything heavy. It’s great that there are 2 different sides for either grass or concrete pickup. As soon as it arrived, I was out in the yard picking up 💩 from the past 2 weeks because the old scooping tool broke and I wasn’t allowed due to surgery. It was easy and actually fun to clean the yard from my doggies messes. Verdict: Highly recommended! PS: I appreciate the free included Doody bags but always buy recycled or compostable ones. As someone else recommended in their review, I ordered the x-large bags from Planet Poop which are 100% compostable and work perfectly for the gogo stick.

Love it. Easy to use once you know how to load the poop bag. Much more sturdy than others I have bought. I do wish the rake had more teeth. My dog poops in gravel and I end up with a lot of it in the bag along with her poop.

The idea is great, I really like them but I have a problem with one of my 'poles' where after I get done, I like to telescope them back into short-length poles for storage but one of my 'poles' does not twist and lock as the other one does. I think it may be stripped or something (it comes apart from the pole on me)? Besides this, it is well worth the investment. I will be sending in support for this because I think something may have happened to it during its production. I have a large breed dog approximately 80lbs that I pick up after so one can understand why I would need something like this. It makes picking up quick. I think though the downfall would be the pole problem I had mentioned could end up being a defect (not sure), and a bad design would be that the "scooper" which pushes the 'stuff' into the bag tends to cause a tear in the bags a little but besides this, it's well worth what I spent and is much better than those plastic spring-loaded pooper-scoopers... Update Edit 5/13/2022: Customer Support got in contact with me in less than 24-hours and sent me a complete replacement within a week (would have been quicker had I myself stayed on top of emails -- would have been within 48-hours). After the order was sent out for replacement under the product warranty, I got the product within a few days. This new one is quite sturdy so my whole experience with this company is phenomenal -- the inventor of the product himself emailed me! Amazing stuff, thanks and hope you all can invent more cool tools for us pet owners to use.

Ok, we rarely ever write reviews, but this product was SO INCREDIBLY BAD, we had to warn others. We had the Arm & Hammer swivel set, and the bags were a little tricky to put on, and then after over a year, the handle on the scooper part broke. So we saw this one, with all its shining reviews, it seemed like a great product... NO. Both the handle for the bucket and the scooper kept coming loose and collapsing. Putting on the bag is not hard, it's just incredibly tedious. The opening for the "bucket" is narrow and hard to use. After a few days of trying to use it, the scooper scraped through the bag and the bag covering the bag holder portion was no longer keeping it clean. The scooper is super awkward and doesnt work as well as the one that comes with the Arm & Hammer product (it's more rake like). It is really awkward to use in general and just makes the entire process so over complicated. We hated it so much we are returning it and got another of the Arm & Hammer. Save your money and your sanity and avoid this thing.

This product is functional and I love the ease of using it. Waste bag stays in place nicely BUT… it broke after only 5 months of using it. Thin curvy plastic part that holds a bag in place snapped. Plastic part became brittle. It would have been better if that piece was made of metal of some kind. For $40 I should be able to get more use out of it. Not durable enough

I have a bag on both parts to keep them clean for road trips. They're easy to use, and that's important.

This system has been an answer to prayer. It used to be sooo hard for me to pick up after my dogs, but now I do not dread it because I don't have to bend over like I used to. I am 82 with 3 dogs, so you can imagine! I would recommend it for anyone who is elderly or has back problems.
