I suffer from derealizilation/ depersonalization as well.When I was under age 18 I had been through a series of drugs by doctors many benzos etc. including Xanax but when I hit 18 I opted out of that and I try a variety of natural remedies and naturopathic treatments.About the product: First thing I noticed was it was well packaged. The bottle has 2 seals and is well packed with cotton. The tablets are very big though, larger than what I have had with hylands products but not bad to dissolve and crunch in your teeth.They smell very nice! Cucumber and mint is a great combo, taste is kinda interesting but not bad (this is most likely only because I’ve not tried cucumber/mint beforehand in anything)I quickly warmed up to it !I tested the tablets ASAP before my flight or venturing out by chewing one whilst staying at home. Which is something I recommend for all people trying any new products especially those with anxiety/ PD.My suggestions: if you have chronic panic attacks/ anexity / depersonalization I suggest combining these with daily CBT and exposure therapy ! They are perfect for that ! You can chew up to 8 within a 24 hour period. Even on my most anxious days I only max about 2-3.For flights : If you planned on using these to sleep on the plane think again ! They contain B vitamins which promote energy naturally. These pills are non -drowsy. I suggesting bringing products to deter your attention and only using these to ease symptoms of an attack.My personal suggestion is 1 during take off and then afterwards to maybe half them for every 2-3 hours varying on flight duration.Taste: ✖️✖️✖️✖️Size : ✖️✖️✖️Smell:✖️✖️✖️✖️✖️Packing: ✖️✖️✖️Does job : ✖️✖️✖️✖️ ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Refreshing Taste *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on April 25, 2018* I started to experience some anxiety before boarding a plane, so I decided to try 2 tablets of fly calm. I could feel my anxiety in the pit of my stomach. Once I sucked on my tablets, I started to feel at ease and continued to use the product anytime I felt my anxiety. Each time I felt more at ease after having the product. I really like the light cucumber flavor, which I’ve been told cucumber helps bad breath as well. So it’s a bit of a win, win situation to help ease anxiety and freshen your breath. I would highly recommend this product and I plan on always having some on hand, for at home too. On my way back home I remember being in front of Cairo Airport and I started to tremble I felt very anxious, I took one before entering the airport 5 minutes later I was calm, on my return flight I took a total of 3. The best thing I have ever taken.
