I recently purchased the Clear Piny Scar Advanced Gel on Amazon for my wife, Lucy, and I wanted to share our positive experience. Lucy told me that the gel works very well in reducing the appearance of scars and has exceeded her expectations. It is easy to apply, has a pleasant scent, and feels very moisturizing on the skin. In fact, it softened the area right away. One of the things she appreciated the most is that it isn’t sticky at all—it absorbs quickly and leaves the skin feeling smooth. Considering its quality and effectiveness, this product is reasonably priced in terms of value for money. Overall, we are delighted and would recommend it to others.

I haven't used the gel for long, but I also don't have unrealistic expectations. The scars I have are relatively new and quite pronounced. At the end of last year, I had both knees replaced, which left two ten-inch scars. I began looking for something I could apply to the scars left by the surgery. I also had an older scar of fair size. I first tried a scar gel we had that my wife had used for another surgery. It had little effect. I next used a gel similar to this one. It helped a little. One of my knee scars is raised, so I am also using a combination of this silicone gel with a keloid bump cream. This gel contains other elements to help reduce scarring. It helps to keep the scars moisturized during my healing process. While there is no magic next-day disappearance of my scars, there is, I think, a lessening of scarring. As the description of the gel states, it will take at least 8 weeks of twice-a-day use on newer scars to see a change. I am hopeful that with a bit of commitment on my part and the aid of this gel, I will lessen the scars left by the knee surgery. It's a good thing the gel is very reasonably priced.

I received the Advanced Scar Gel and so far I have been very pleased. I love that it has a dispenser which is controllable. I have been using it on several 2 inch scars on my neck from surgery and it has been easy to apply. One nice thing is that it drys clear and is unnoticeable. I also bought some tape that can be using for scar healing but I haven't used it because with this I don't have to wear tape on my neck for several months. The gel appears to be non greasy and non irritating which is wonderful and I haven't noticed any odor. It definitely keeps the skin soft. It does need to be applied 3 times a day. I will have to wait for the results in a couple of months but the product is as advertised Update- I have used this for 11 weeks on both fresh scars. The one that wasn't so deep is looking very nice however the other deeper scar is still raised and hasn't improved as much as I hoped. Will probably need more than the 2 months stated for fresh scars. I am expecting this one will need closer to 2 more months or I may try using the scar strips and see if they speed up the healing.

I had surgery last month and have a 2-3” scar on my neck that I don’t want visible so I bought this gel. It has no smell and goes on smoothly and cool. So far so good. The scar tissue is diminishing and the dark color is fading. I’m pleased so far. I will add to this review after using it for a month.

I have a scar ( stitch mark) on my forehead above left eyebrow from a long time and tried using scar removing cream when it was fresh but due to side effect of itching I stopped using it. Now I again started using this one on my old scar for 2weeks now and not facing any itchiness issue or any other side effects so will continue using this as per the instructions which says it needs to be used for 3-6months on old scars.I also used it on my acne scars and could see the result of making it non noticeable and making my skin glow so I am hopeful that it will work on my surgery stitch marks also if I continue using it till recommended time.Will provide update after 6 months of using it.The product is of decent size and you need very less quantity to be used everyday.On regular scars it already started showing that it works ,so based on this I believe it is value for money too

Works well at getting rid of scars. Not sticky and easy to put on. Would recommend

I purchased this after a double mastectomy & reconstruction. I’ve been using it twice a day since I was given the Dr’s ok to use scar cream. This stuff is incredible and very reasonably priced. I had Mederma first, but the smell just made me so nauseous. This has no scent, works very well and you get a lot more than you do for a $30 tiny tube of the previously mentioned one. I’ve even begun using it on my face for fine lines.

I have been applying this scar gel twice a day, morning and night, for two weeks to reduce the appearance of my acne scars. It glides on smooth and I have seen an improvement and noticed the red discoloration has turned lighter pink. Overall, I'm pleased with the progress and will continue using it.
