I’m a grinder!! I purchased these to wear on my bottom teeth. They are very comfortable with having two different sizes so easy to find your fit. Very durable and stay in place. One thing is I had to heat my water in the microwave for me to get a better fit as I don’t have straight teeth. The good thing the stay soft so they don’t cut up your gums.
