This is the most useful appliance in my kitchen! So easy to use and cooks perfectly! A great option for those cooking for 1-2 people at a time. Preheats fast and hold a good amount of food!

We are on month 2 or 3 of this air fryer - we love all of our shark/ninja products and this one is no exception! It cooks food beautifully and has a ton of options. My favorite feature is how perfectly it toasts bread and bagels (seriously). My only complaint is that the air fry portion doesnt get the wetter food as crispy (for example marinated chicken thighs) as my last air fryer, but its not a huge deal. The instructions say to run it at 450 for however long, and the unit got HOT so I was about to return it, but after a few uses it doesn't get that hot anymore I believe it was just from the initial "clean" cycle.

I wish the inside was about .2" bigger in either direct so the trays from the XL oven would also fit this one. One flaw is there is no cancel. You have to turn off the whole thing if you accidently started the wrong setting and if you have both going, then you have to restart both. The smart finish is a great feature tho. If you only use the bottom one, the whole unit still gets hot. Keep that in mind if you put anything on top or above it. The bottom door cant open all the way due to the handle getting in the way and hitting the counter first. Only an issue if you are putting something at the very bottom slot. Also only the top one had heaters at the top. Pizza setting is only for the bottom unit. So if you want to broil it as a finisher, you have to take the pizza out of the bottom and put it to the top.

I’m a Ninja junkie. My kitchen is full of their appliances. I love my own earlier version of the XL oven/air fryer that I’ve used for a couple of years now, so decided to buy each of my adult children this newer version. I love how quickly pre-heating takes, and the food always comes out great. My regular oven rarely gets used anymore.

Arrived today Did not have to read the manual Everything was easy to understand & set The digital display & easy touch controls feel high end There is only one crumb tray.. I have ordered a second to place under the airfrying basket at the bottom of the second oven to catch juices as putting a roasting pan on the rack beneath it no doubt would affect how evenly food airfrys There is a 2 min preheat before airfrying begins & a cooling fan that runs when the airfrying stops The fan did not seem to run if i left the door open so if the fan running irks you & you dont have littles you can just leave the door open until it cools just know that the door does get hot I will try toasting a bagel next but plan to use bake function & set my preferred temp as opposed to using the preset 'bagel' setting since someone mentioned it torched their bagel Noticed the heating elements in the top portion do not seem well protected so aluminum foil will definitely be a must when baking things where cheese or grease may drip All in all i really enjoyed the first use of this appliance Its a bit hulky size wise but still space saves since it truly is a 2 in 1 Ill be interested to see what cant be cooked in this 12 in 1
