The product came in a nice camouflage pouch that makes it easy for storage and packability. Strong, tough. Not too heavy for camping trip backpack weight. Could be used for placement under a tent to protect the floor of the tent from the ground or it could be spread out inside and to act as the floor of the tent inside, thereby protecting the floor of the tent itself from damage. Haven't tried it yet in rain conditions but I feel it would work beautifully as a poncho. The overall quality of the poncho is good. The seams are nicely done to provide a watertight seal and the stitching is also well done with no frays or loose threads. Overall I like the rain poncho and the quality of the product.

Or maybe looked for a genuine surplus item.

This is great. I bought this for my other half who loves fishing and going clay pigeon shooting but at this time of year especially it is usually wet at some point and he has came home soaked through, so to save him getting another cold i found this for him. It came well packaged and very quick delivery. I think it is great quality and does exactly what it says, he thinks its very good and is happy with it.

It arrived quickly, nice bag to fold it away in, thankfully the weather has been great and not used it, but it looks good. Nice size too.
