Pathetic Service
After sell service is so pathetic… After using for two months my chimney isn’t working… suddenly it has been stopped. I have registered a complaint and they send a technician after 4 days of registration and he told me that a spare parts should be replaced. And now it’s been 10 days they still not replaced the parts… whenever I called the customer care they says your spare parts has been approved and it will be replaced very soon! 😡😤

The chimney is good but the installation wasn't up to the mark, it was delayed and the person wasn't taking installation call seriously....Kept me waiting for days
