This is the second one of these I've ordered since I liked the first one so much. It includes a silicone heat transfer pad and 2 short USB cables (USB-A to USB-C and USB-C to USB-C). I tested the speed and its what it should be for the type of SSD I'm using with it.(The thumb drive in the pic is for scale).

Great Deal
For the price, these can't be beat. I'm not benchmarking these, but I have had no issues with the 4 of them that I am using in my Raspberry Pis (with an nvme hat, to be clear)
