Wow...this knife is magic! Super sharp, very ergonomic. Nice weight. Looks fantastic. I am curious how long it will last. At half price I rolled the dice. I like it. Doesn't fit in my knife drawer but sheathed it will be safe. I've cut 20 steaks so far and was effortless.

Knife is very sharp which is great but if you attach it to your hip it is very hard to get knife back in sheath I cut the strap that holds knife in trying to out knife back in sheath lol oh well it still works

Great Trimming Knife
Great knife, perfect length and comfortable in the hand. Not to mention it looks cool too. I use this to trim all kinds of meats from briskets to chicken.
