Why are oxygen absorbers not included?

We recommend buying them separately to ensure freshness, sufficient quality and to be able to select the correct CC size for your specific storage use case (see FAQ below on oxygen absorber CC sizing).

Why are stickers not included?

Stickers don't stick well to mylar for extended periods of time - especially if you vacuum seal your bags. It's better to directly label the bags with a permanent marker. Unless you love the excitement of mystery/surprise meals later...

What size oxygen absorber should I use?

Depends on food density, anticipated storage time, and whether you vacuum seal. Reference range for MRE sized bags: 200-400cc
