I have taken DHEA (50mg) for several years now, but saw this combo of DHEA and Pregnenolone and decided to give a try. While it's only been a few weeks since I began taking this, I have had zero negative side affects and percieve some additional benefit (I'm in my 60's). Like most (legal) precursors, significant benefit can easily take several months. But the combination of no sig price increase over just DHEA supplements and zero negative side effects, I can easily give this 4 Stars.

We know this manufacturer and their product quality very well. My wife, a physician with an emphasis in preventive medicine, was their consultant and researcher for several years. Normally, we get what we want directly from them, but we ran out of DHEA before we normally call in our order. They have great, high quality products.

I didn't notice a change.

I've been using this product about 3 or 4 weeks. I am a 65 woman who has had a hysterectomy. I was feeling tired by the time I would come home from work, but can say that I'm not feeling tire now, which I contribute to this product. I only take 1 a day. Having had a hysterectomy, I will continue to monitor the product for any adverse reactions.

This stuff has been a life saver for me. Diagnosed with adrenal fatigue, I've gone from napping all the time back to my regular life. After reviewing my regular blood work with the doctor this past week, she told me I needed to dial it back to half the amount I was taking, since this is more bioavailable for me than she expected given the dosage. Just make sure you're regularly checking your blood serum levels.
