Guess It Works
We still gets damage, but I guess it's better than nothing. The trick is applying in the proper temps and when it won't be raining in 24 hours.

Seems to work.
I'll be spraying this on all my trees this winter or before next spring while all the leaves are gone. Hopefully it solves my problem. I will try to do a update video.
