Great for the price
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tuni E2 Espresso Machine – Great First Impression I started using the Tuni E2 today and I’m very impressed. It makes real espresso with rich flavor and good crema from the first shots. The machine feels solid, heats up quickly, and is easy to use. With a good grinder and scale, it’s easy to dial in great results. The steam wand works well and produces good milk texture with a little practice. Overall, the Tuni E2 offers excellent value for the price and is a great choice for home espresso lovers. The coffee taste solid

Totally worth it!
This machine is so impressive. I am amazed at how well this machine performs. Once it was dialed in, I am getting consistent pressure and it produces the same smooth espresso time after time. The dual boiler system is quick to heat up. It makes my morning americano easy enough to make as I walk out the door. It consistently produces a double shot of espresso with the pretty golden foam. Once that is done, I have my milk ready to use the steamer milk frother. I can feel the heat thru the pitcher and can easily tell when it is time to stop. Pour all coffee and the steamed milk together into my cup and viola, "the perfect espresso". The size of the machine fits perfectly on my counter. I purchased the white machine because it is so pretty. You need to get this. If you are on the fence and thinking of another machine, you should forget that other machine and get this. You will love it.

Impressive design and well-considered details for the price
Needed a super-compact espresso machine for a tiny studio kitchenette. Bought the E2 machine and G1 grinder in white to match kitchen decor. Pros: - tiny footprint. Fits' easily in a 12" area of countertop between my fridge and stove. - quick warmup time - suction cups - the machine is really light and will slide around when you try to insert/remove portafilter. The suction cups help a lot - manometer - good enough to tell you if you're in ideal pressure zone for extraction - high quality portafilter with multiple options, including a pressurized option - sturdy feeling in the hand. I love the rubber grips on the bottom so it doesn't slide when you tamp it. - relatively quiet - adequate steam pressure for milk frothing Cons: - if you double-tap the steam button, it's supposed to dispense hot water. It does, but at a trickle, not a stream. So even making an americano takes a while. - no solenoid - it drips slowly after the shot and often has a soggy puck, but at this price point that's probably acceptable Why trust me? - My home setup is a dual boiler machine, and I've used everything from Aeropress, French Press, stovetop moka pots, Breville Barista Express, pourover, etc. - I know how to dial in a shot and after a few tries with the E2/G1 combo am confident I can get decent espresso / latte out of this. Be sure to use good, fresh beans. Take the time to dial in the grind size and tamp. Overall: 4 stars (minus 1 star for hot water, no solenoid valve - neither are dealbreakers for me)

Excellent Build Quality!
I've just set it up and am only starting to dial in the espresso shots, but so far this machine is very impressive. When opening the box, it's immediately obvious that this machine and accessories have excellent build quality. The portafilter is a work of art. I've owned both a Gaggia semi automatic machine and a Gaggia super automatic machine and the quality of this Tuni machine far exceeds both of them. Preheat time is very quick, only about 30 seconds. After that, getting it ready to pull the first shot is just a matter of running hot water through the steam wand and brew head for a few seconds. I'm using a hand grinder right now that evidently has some very fine grind settings because my first shot wouldn't even push water through the puck but after adjusting the grind size, I was quickly getting very tasty shots. They're not perfect yet because my grinder can't be dialed in very precisely so I'll probably end up ordering the Tuni G1 grinder as well. The machine produces plenty of steam to froth milk and produce perfect microfoam, and you can steam immediately after pulling a shot because of the dual boiler setup. You don't even have to let water come out of the wand first before stream is available, the steam is available as soon as you push the button. I haven't seen any other machine that even comes close to competing with the Tuni at this price point.

High quality machine at a great price
To start, it was delivered in very good packaging. The espresso machine itself is a quality piece of gear. Metal outside, and of course the 58 mm brew head. The accessories are also high quality and I am able to pour good shots with minimal dialing in. You really can’t go very wrong at this price with this quality.

Lots of features, good value
So far so good! As a first-time espresso machine owner, I was originally planning to purchase the bambino starter machine from a well-known brand that everyone recommends. However, after doing some research, I thought I'd take the risk with a Tuni E2, since it costs 2/3 the name branded model and is packed with much more advanced features (wider portafilter, PID temp control, etc). I am pleasantly surprised! The build quality seems top notch, the manufacturer promises a 1.5 year warranty with registration, and I've pulled around 20 espresso shots so far without any issue. Love that it heats up quickly. The only downside I can think of is that the machine body is plastic, attaching to the kitchen counter with suction cups which aren't super strong, with the result that the porta-filter can't be installed one-handed (you need to stabilize the machine with your other hand). But that kind of heft can't be expected for any sub-$1k machine, so overall this one is a great value. Time will tell how durable it is.
