I have been taking these for a few weeks now and I can't say whether or not I will ever buy these again. I haven't noticed much of a difference from these at all. The only difference I've noticed is that I haven't been as bloated or gassy. As for the taste, you can definitely taste the apple cider vinegar in them. To sum it up, I suggest buying a good quality bottle of apple cider vinegar and mixing 3 tablespoons into some water and drinking it once a day which is what I have always done. You will have better results this way vs taking these gummies.
