When asked for an alternative solution to change this setting for fix the issues, TRENDnet has gone silent. I would like to return is for repairs/replacement, but there is no response. I can understand infancy failures, but I cannot understand the poor customer support. I will be reconsidering using TRENDnet equipment on any future upgrades. Review: Great switch. Not very easy to configure - This really is a great switch. Only complaint is the web interface and documentation. I personally don't find the interface easy to understand (the docs are ok as far as it goes, but there are no use cases on WHY you would use a feature or not. I have pretty much "sorta mastered" the interface at this point, but it wasn't easy.
