Fjällräven Skogso Padded Men's Synthetic Insulated Jacket

Great coat. Good sleeve and torso length. I didn’t need to size up for torso/shoulder width. Feels like good quality materials. Feels rugged. Not too bulky and will be warm enough for normal daily use stuff. Great zipper pockets. Very happy with this coat.

Fantastic coat! Exactly what I needed for winters in the Rocky Mountains. Breaks the wind and keeps me warm.

Love the Fjallraven line. They look great and hold up pretty well. Used these when I went to Iceland in the glacier caves and around and it kept me warm and dry. It's not totally waterproof, but has some amount of resistance. I never tried waxing it as they suggest, but overall it did a great job. Love the style, the warmth and everything about it. Would totally recommend.

I bought this jacket as a gift for my husband who is always cold no matter how many layers he wears outside in winter! He wore this jacket twice in the cold now and said it was the first time in his life that he wasn’t freezing! He is 5’9” 178 lbs and size M fit him well leaving room for layers if needed. The sleeves are a bit too long but that can be fixed by tightening the velcro. Overall very happy!

Jacket is quite nice and good quality. However, is slightly padded and not that warm. Good for spring and fall, but for winter you will need layer up. Which brings another issue…sizing. I am 5’ 10” 175lbs (average build) and ordered Large. It is just right fit but with a wool sweater it is quite tight. Also the sleeves are quite narrow which restricts the movement. Again, jacket quite nice for mild cold weather…I think is too little padding for 32F or lower.

I like most Fjallraven products in general. Nice looking. Very comfortable. Blocks wind. The adjustable hoodie is warm and very comfy.

I’m 6’2 , 175 lbs. I normally go XL because my arms are long. I’m not going to send back for an L, but that’s probably the better size for my frame. Nice quality!

Très bonne veste. Taille M pour 1m75 et 75kg et elle est nickel. Il y a même moyen de mettre une fine doudoune en dessous si nécessaire. Le tissus g1000 est robuste sans être une version trop épaisse. N’oubliez pas de le cirer régulièrement si vous allez sous la pluie. Question chaleur je commenterai plus tard après essai en conditions réelles mais je peux déjà dire que le revêtement synthétique g-loft est très agréable au toucher et semble chaud et de qualité. ( j’ai privilégié le synthétique au duvet étant donné que le tissus g-1000 ciré a tendance à percer si vous restez longtemps sous la pluie, ce qui n’est pas idéal pour le duvet) À part cela la veste a un très beau look, de nombreuses poches et une capuche. Suite : Testé en Suède en janvier. -10 avec vent ( ressenti -17). Avec un t-shirt + léger pull polaire en dessous= ok jusqu’à -5 max. J’ai porté une doudoune en duvet en dessous en plus et je n’ai jamais eu froid (-10 + vent) . Le seul bémol est que le col aurait pu être un peu plus large quand fermé jusqu’en haut. ( si vous mettez une doudoune en dessous il ne pourra pas se fermer complètement.

175cm/65kgでSサイズを購入しました。 Mサイズと迷っていましたが、Sで（若干袖が長いですが）ちょうどいいサイズでした。 タイトめな作りですが、Tシャツ＋ニットくらいでしたら問題なく着込める感じです。

I’m quite a slim build at 193cm and 82 kg, I bought the medium and it fit very well. Reasonably fitted through the torso but enough room for a base layer and jumper/fleece comfortably. Arm length ample, coming down to just shy of the base of my thumb and I have pretty long arms. I ordered Navy blue and unfortunately the colour was not quite what I was looking for. The outer shell of the jacket is comprised of two different materials G1000 original for the shoulders / chest / hood and upper back and also the front flap strip. The rest of the jacket is G1000 lite. There is a colour difference between the two materials with the original G1000 being Navy Blue but the G1000 lite was blue/green. In natural light the jacket has quite a greenish tinge. This was not what I was looking for so disappointedly I returned it for a full refund and I’ve ordered a dark grey instead.
