So I purchased this air fryer back in September 2024 and it stopped working on me after only three months (not sure why). I reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement no questions asked and free to me. As consumers, we know that many companies have lost integrity in regards to their customer service, however, Elite Kitchen is not one of those companies. The air fryer itself works very well. It isn’t noisy and it cooks the food evenly. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone.

Aside from the terrible idea to try cleaning the top of the air fryer with adhesive remover, this air fryer was a good buy. My biggest complaint was how difficult it seemed to close the air fryer door. You really have to be deliberate when you push the door closed on the air fryer. You might think it’s broken or something’s not aligning right. But no, it’s just a difficult close! Also, sometimes I get confused between the oven button and the air fryer button, but essentially the difference is that the oven button works more like an oven with a preheat option and the air fryer button doesn’t. It would be cool if it came with some kind of rack that would allow you to use the space more efficiently, but perhaps that something you can buy separately based on the size of your air fryer. For some reason, I’m not able to upload a video so I can’t show it just how closing the door functions, but like I said, it just takes a little practice and deliberate motion

I really loved it until it stopped working. This was my favorite purchase! I bought it in March 2025. In July 2025, the machine started staying on when I pulled out the basket and then eventually the switch that turns it on when the basket is in place was stuck too low so it couldn't turn on anymore. I reached out to the company and they replaced it that week with a new one at no charge. I was super happy about that. Then, a few days ago, the replacement shut off while it was cooking our meal and won't turn on anymore. I tried plugging it in to other outlets and it still won't turn on so it's definitely the machine. I've reached out to the company again but haven't heard back yet. Again, I love this air fryer but it's not a good product if 2 of them break in a 10 month span. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend. Please don't ignore all the reviews that have a similar experience to mine.

I like this air fryer for the eye-catching design with stainless steel, size, power of 1700W, the price, and viewing window, which is really nice. Even though I appreciate the quick pre-set temperatures for certain food items, I wish it had the capability to adjust the temperature to cook other food items. I looked at the other Kitchen Elite model (AF-102-85QT-SSW-AMZ) that was released March 15, 2024 and saw that it has frequent returns. This model (KE-AF-114-85QT-AMZ) was released November 13, 2024 and one would think Kitchen Elite would've upgraded with the adjustable temperature function. Without the ability to adjust the temperature, you can't try different foods. However, the air fryer is easy to use, I'm not sure what the two wavy images mean on the left side of the function panel, under the bake function. One plus, when using for the first time, is I didn't experience any factory smells that other people complained about with other air fryers. Reading the owner's manual is somewhat annoying, due to many typo errors. In saying all of this, I haven't made up my mind whether or not I'm going to return the air fryer. In the meantime, I will do a review update after a few usage. But I'm leaning more on keeping it after researching many other brands. REVIEW UPDATE 1/21/2025 from 2 stars to 5 stars: A very helpful KitchenElite Support Team Member reached out and offered assistance on how to adjust the temperature on the Air Fryer. Have to press the Temp|Time function and then press the -/+ function. I discovered I had to press the Temp|Time function twice before it switches to change the Time function. The temperature decreases in 5 degree increments. My question about the wavy images on the left side of the panel under the Bake function was answered as well (since they didn't have words describing what they were, others were common sense to figure out). The first wavy image directly under the Bake function is for Broil and the one under that is Keep Warm. Now, I'm loving the Air Fryer and my husband likes it as well. We've used it multiple times since receiving it on January 11, 2025. I cooked chicken wings (twice), French fries multiple times, frozen hot wings. The reheat function is fabulous. It's perfect for reheating pizza slices. I highly recommend this Air Fryer.

Works great! We've had it for a while and haven't had any issues. Heats and cooks really well, we sometimes have to cook for less time.

We purchased this unit or received it on 4/12/25. While it seems bit smaller than our older 7.6 qt. unit, which isn't available anymore, but we're able to make it work for our family...tighter fit for some food than in our previous unit. It also has a bit less power...1700 rather than 1750 watts. However, thus far the unit works well and is easier to clean with its removable basket insert. For its price, we're pleased. It is now August 2025, and am writing a follow-up to my initial post. This air fryer is among the best one we've had. I am still learning all of its features. The preheat cycle and turn-food reminder setting are sooo helpful. The removal rack insert makes cleaning extremely easy and its non-stick coating is really durable. We're really happy with this unit and feel it is definitely worth its price. Highly recommend...
