charged at 9 volt and then 20 minutes later going down the highway it starts charging at 15 volts.. volt meter says 15.67. Good volt reading from batt pos and altn case and block. Same voltage across batt pos and neg. Appears this has a bad voltage regulator in it.

Seams to be good quality. I waited to review it to see what I had. It has been on the truck for a while now and works like it should. Great buy.

I bought this for my 1997 Chevrolet Silverado. This was a perfect fit and was easy to replace. It arrived in mint condition and arrived a day early. Seems to be working exactly as it should

I kind restored a 1998 GMC 1/2 ton truck. It's age reqiures some repair. So I had to replace the alternator. I didn't want a third party part, so I bought AC/Delco. Yes it's made in Mexico, but made for GM. Months later it's still working just fine.

I accidentally ordered this alternator for the wrong size engine, however the only difference was the location of the plug. The wire harness was long enough to reach, in fact it looks like it was meant to go there. I had no problem installing it, and it works great.
