Excellent pad as a booster in my “adult underpants” (please don’t use the D word). I have purchase this five times in the past and will continue to do so. I especially like the 2 length option of regular and long length. . The delivery person did a wonderful job of following my instructions. He rang the bell as my directions said… My caretaker needs to retrieve the package right away since I am wheelchair-bound.

These pads do a satisfactory job of holding liquid and passing it through to the undergarment. I feel dry until it's basically timiro change the whole thing. I like the long length. It helps ensure good coverage for us with male parts. It's not too thick so it won't look your pants up unless you use several of them. But at that point I would worry the leak guards would overflow. LivDry is a USA business. And I have tried the regular disposable pants. But I needed some extra help so I tried these. I was not impressed. I could still leak through. They are soft (like material not paper). They had a good sticky on the back of them. They were long but not long enough for me. Made very well. I need a thicker one.
