thank you for making this!! keep it up!!
absolutely delighted by how low cal yet delicious this was! it smelled exactly like regular brownies, even if the taste was very clearly artificial sugar (which i dont mind). I had it with some ice cream and I had half the batch in just one day! please don't change anything about the formula! that being said i have to say, obligatorily, that you should NOT have more than half a bath in one day because the alcohol sugars will make you frequent the bathroom a lot..

Lakanto to the rescue.
Let me get my ONLY criticism out the way first; it is a bit sweet. However, my wife and kids find it great so it is probably because my taste buds have adapted to less sweet on the keto diet. To rectify, add your favorite keto "flour substitute", and you'll have a perfect brownie snack. That being said, since I've discovered Lakanto products, they are MY KETO DIET SAVIOUR. Yes keto is easy to do, but sometimes, I want the "comfort food". And Lakanto, so far has provided admirably. I've tried three of their products, of which this is my favorite, and that grainy texture that some keto products have is thankfully absent. And in the "taste department" Lakanto is spot on. Give them a try.

YUM
I love that they have a deep dark chocolate flavor. This is my second time buying them. The first time, I made in an 8x8 pan and added some Lily's chocolate chips and it was good but I wish I would have added more chips because the flavor combo was REALLY good! The middle was very moist and the corners crunchy - just the way I wanted. The second time I decided to try out the brownie pan because I love me some corners! I mixed in Lily's chips to the batter (quickly realized it would be better to add them to the individual brownies because the batter is so think you can't really distribute the chips) and then added a few chips to the bottom of each brownie space before scooping the (thick / goopy) batter into the pan and a few on top. Then, I took some creamy peanut butter (it was natural and happened to be thin and a little greasy) so I drizzled some on top and then took a butter knife to try to get it to swirl around the batter but it was too thick for that so I just did the best I could but would have preferred a big dollop of Jiff in the middle!! They turned out really good although maybe a bit overcooked in the brownie pan. I had to make sure my corners were crunchy though! Made a dozen of these babies with the bag of mix.

Skip unless you're desperate for chocolate
I wish this was better than it is. It was chalky and had an unfortunate after taste. I would love a really good easy to make sugar free brownie mix but I have yet to find one. I'll keep looking; until then I'll make my own from scratch.

A good starter for good brownies.
Add a half cup of Lily’s chips and a cup of organic walnut pieces and you’ll have yourself some first class brownies. Add a little water so everything blends well and bake for an extra five minutes. WooHoo!

The taste was awful — I had to throw it away after the first bite. that monk fruit made my blood sugar rise until I got dizzy, maybe because the extract is mixed with something else.
